Emotional Support Dog Training – Part time
October 16 - November 6
Based on the philosophies of Therapeutic Dog Training, this unique therapeutic program is part group therapy and part dog training. Participants are supported by mental health clinicians and professional dog trainers to develop strong and healthy relationships with their dogs. For those individuals who have a diagnosed disability, our team will support you and your dog to develop the healthy habits that will provide you with the emotional support you need.
The part-time therapeutic program runs for two days in the first week, then one day per week thereafter. Days 1-3 are designed for parents or carers alone, whilst days four and five are short days where participants with a disability will also attend. This part time program runs as follows;
9.30 am – 4.30 pm Wednesday 16th October (parents/carers only)
